SHIPPING RATES

SF Express provides our standard delivery services for domestic shipping with special, reduced rates based on package weight, size and ship-to address. We do not currently ship to PO Box customers. If you enter a P.O. Box address at checkout, we will have to cancel your order, sorry.

 

FREE LOCAL SHIPPING FOR ORDERS HKD $350+

Offer applies to standard ground shipping in Hong Kong and available online only at www.diwatacandles.com. Product subtotal must be HKD $350. Shipping discount will be automatically applied to your qualifying order. Not valid on previous purchases.   

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

We normally take 1-2 business days to dispatch. Delivery is usually next day, so that is a total of approximately 3 working days to receive your purchase. A residential or business address is required for delivery. All orders ship from Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. If you have purchased more than one item, your shipment may be split into multiple boxes. Please double check your tracking information for details. 

 

WEATHER RELATED SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the time spent in warehouses, and reserve the right to delay shipping without notice during warm weather months. To avoid potential melting and ensure you receive flawless products, orders received on Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday. 

 

MISSED DELIVERIES

SF Express will make multiple attempts to contact you before returning packages to us. Please ensure you enter the correct phone number and delivery address at checkout. Please note, additional fees for re-shipments due to errors or multiple failed delivery attempts will be passed over to you. Where there are disputes involving SF Express, please reach out to them directly.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You're welcome to get on our mailing list for international shipping, as we are soon to expand internationally. For now, please accept our apologies as we only ship to Hong Kong addresses.

 

RETURNS

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully.
